Fun at the movies yesterday. Not so much fun elsewhere...

Happy that I'm losing again. Maybe this P90X thing was the right way to spring back into things!

Today is Legs and Back. This could be interesting...
166.4 lb Lost so far: 61.6 lb.    Still to go: 36.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2140 kcal Fat: 100.82g | Prot: 65.25g | Carb: 254.01g.   Breakfast: Quick Oats, honey, almonds, ground ginger, skim milk, ground flaxseed, water. Lunch: Laughing Cow Garlic and Herb Cheese, spicy mustard, corn and black bean salsa, Baby Arugula with Spinach, Medium Size Soft Flour Tortilla, Natural Selections - Turkey. Dinner: peanut butter, high fibre cereal, banana, sliced, vanilla yogurt. Snacks/Other: water, Becel with Olive Oil, air popped popcorn, Tropical Trail Mix. more...
