I am a bit disappointed in my first reported weight gain. I know it is bloat. But these past months I have been able to overcome the bloat and still have a loss. I am not going to let this discourage me, which I have done in the past when the scales start slowing down. I have still done well to date, just have to give my body time to kick back in "loss mode".

I will continue with my eating right and exercise. I know if I don't, I will gain all the weight I have lost back, not just 1 pound. I do this everytime I diet, but normally throw my hands up and give up. This time, I am focusing on inches loss and not going to let the scales get me down. Last year, in 8 weeks lost 17.2 pounds, then the next 7 only lost 4.7 total (lots of up and down in weight gain). Instead of pushing forward, I let my summer activities take over and stopped watching what I was eating.
179.2 lb Lost so far: 15.6 lb.    Still to go: 54.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

you have to remember this is a life style change for the better...for a healthier you...to give you more energy, better health, being able to fit into clothes that make you feel better about yourslf...all the above...for me..its the energy level i have now compared to the energy level i use to have...makes it all worth it...
