I did well today all things considered. I got my steps in I set for a goal, I was really hoping to make the full 10k, but I can see that is gonna take some work. But considering all the doctors appointments and having to be almost 50 miles from home, I think my choices were okay. And as tired as I was at the end of the day, I made myself come home and cook something health, rather than pick up a burger or pizza and pig out!
276.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 111.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
