HELLO 2021! January 1st - the biggest health planning day! It's 52 weeks till December 31st, so I decided to do weekly Friday weigh-ins & health updates, to track my progress and help with accountability. I also have a dedicated Health day planner. I like numbers! WEEKLY: Weigh-in: yeah, after a month of extra bread,"treats", higher calories, sodium & fat, chocolates, knew number would be up. Sigh. It's just a starting point! No Junk Food Challenge: I failed miserably at this last year. This year, I will track it daily, to report weekly number out of 7 - can I do 300+ days of no junk food??? Exercise: consistency is my mantra this year. Tracked daily; it's a success with minimum of 30 mins of cardio daily, to score a daily win. weekly out of 7. I plan on doing more, but this is just a baseline, to add it up for the year! Can I get 300+ for 2021?? MONTHLY: Waist measurements: Smallest: 46" Belly button: 58" Embarrassing but that's what they are! I have complete measurements neck to ankles, but middle will show the greatest changes (that's the plan!) HAPPY HEALTH PLANNING DAY-WEEK!!!!!
