I just started getting serious 2 days ago so let's get to this try to keep up the exercise & keep down the snacking when I'm bored. I can do this.
200.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.6 lb a week
