Yesterday was good. I ate well, worked out, and this morning the scales were down. I normally don't weigh daily but wanted to see if the bloat is starting to go away and it is.

I got up this am and did my BL Wii program. I have something not set right, we are new to the whole Wii thing. It didn't have a workout set up for today. Will mess with this weekend and try to figure it all out better. Tomorrow and Friday morning is 30 Day Shred. I am planning to Zumba on the weekends. I borrow my mother-in-laws set.

I want to mix up the workout a bit throughout the week. I am enjoying the BL Wii but I think the Shred and Zumba will be my biggest help with the weight loss until I am better able to figure out the Wii.

181.6 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 56.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Losing already!! that's great. I like the zumba on the wii- although my kids want dance party 2 so they know they songs instead of the latin music on zumba. I think any movement will do the job though.

I enjoy the Zumba workout for something different. I just hated to spend the $90 on the DVD set. I found Wii Zumba a Game Stop for like $30 used so was thinking of getting next time I am there.

Zumba is something new I just got into, they have classes at the Gold's gym near my house and they are free if you are a member. It really gets your heart rate up and has you sweating. I'm going again tonight, keep up the great work!
