Well, here we go again! I vowed that I would not have to list diet and exercise as one of my New Year's resolutions -- but here it is front and center staring me right in the face like a big bowl of blubber! Okay, I am being hard on myself 2010 was a difficult year. An injury in June that never healed turned into a major surgery, that I'm still trying to recuperate from, but I can still do some exercise, and that's what it's going to take - that plus cutting out ALL the sweets and empty calories.
