Been holding steady for a long time now. Need something to kick down to the next notch. University term restarts next week. Hopefully walking to work every day will make a dent in my weight history chart.
246.3 lb Lost so far: 13.9 lb.    Still to go: 58.9 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I was holding steady for MONTHS. As of late, i picked UP a few pounds. NOT GOOD! I did not beat myself up...getting back and looking for something the get me down a notch or two also! good to hear from you...:) Good luck!
