Yip, no pain no gain. Leg are wobbling this afternoon.
The reality hits when you know you logging between 8000 and 10000 steps a day..... and have this naive opinion that your muscle are all working.... then you hit the gym for weight training and then reality hits you square in your shoulders, arm chest and back.... and now legs. I feel like somewhat of a drunk T Rex today, my arms feel like they cant open and my legs barely able to carry my 143kgs .... but just going to “johnny walker” the shit out of this new phase

🤣😂 Tomorrow when you get out of bed you’ll probably be like a newborn lamb that’s learning to walk. You just have to get pass this initial stage , it gets easier 🙏 and like you said “Just keep on walking 🚶 “
