Weight is holding steady for several weeks. Need another push to get the weight down. Family commitments keep getting in the way of proper exercise routines. The other members of the family don't understand the importance of making time for me to do exercise. The heat - hottest summer for 60 years - has put me off somewhat too.
247.6 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 60.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.3 lb a week

Hello! My weight was holding steady for months and when I tried to "diet" I started gaining. I have been STRESS eating as well... Not good...Old bad habits came back too! Good luck to you, You will succeed!
