Today i am starting a low carb diet. A dr told me years ago to stop eating rice, pasta, and flour products. I can do that. My belly button measurement is 125 cm
205.9 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 42.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
