Well Last night was wonderful. Cant stay off the sauce again! Geez...there is a party tonight and I am pretty sure I better not go! Had enough to drink yesterday.

I have gone totally astray again. I am trying to cut out alcohol cause of the coughing so I better get back on track. My next date to drink will be a party on AUG 24th.

Why do I drink??? Just sickening. I love and respect myself enough to cut it out again for the next couple weeks.



146.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If you drink it won't make you gain weight.. It's just like food food does not make you gain .. What we put into the drink is what the problem is.. Don't use mixers in your drinks.. Put freshly squeezed lemon in your margarita or use flavored soda water in your vodka drink... Just as easy to use a lettuce stop instead of bread;)) best!
