YIPPEEE!!! Scales still moving down. It feels so good to finally be back on track. I am looking forward to starting the new year in the 160s and then to finally finish my weighloss journey in 2011!!!

176.6 lb Lost so far: 18.2 lb. Still to go: 51.6 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 2.8 lb a week
