extremely happy with that after the week I've had 🙄😂 unsure if the 2 day water fast had something to do with this or I hadn't put on as much as I thought 🤷‍♀️
132.9 lb Lost so far: 56.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Haha yes thank goodness really needed food in me was felling very tired yesterday evening! Next time I'll just take the gain I think or just do one day before weigh in 😂

Anne day one was fine and I was fine till late afternoon day 2 atleast I no my limits now 🙄
