Started back Shredding it today. I feel really good. While I am definitely starting back at Level I (when I had gotten all the way to Level III in 2009), it still felt really good. It is an awesome workout and takes less than 30 minutes a day. I didn't measure my inches this morning, but will tonight and post so I can have something to measure against as I continue to Shred at least 5 days a week. I had amazing results the first time and plan to get this pear shape figure off again!!!! Will be tough with the holidays coming up, but I can pack the DVD and still do the workout on the road!

180.0 lb Lost so far: 14.8 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Congrats about starting that up again. I remember that you really loved the results last time you were sticking with that.

And as you can see, not wasn't a good thing for me. I have determined I have to face the facts, to keep my weight off I will ALWAYS have to eat right and workout contantly. Letting myself slide, didn't work. I am not one of those whose body will lose without exercise. I can't do it just watching what I eat :( Any little slip lands me back steps. So here I am when I should be at my goal weight, starting over (not completely) but definitely not where I want to be at this point.
