To much protein yesterday but I was starving! Oh well. I know I will drop a pound or two in a few days. I am so glad to be finally under 150. Soon enough under 140...omg the anticipation, I has been three years since under 140. I know its never wise to get ahead of myself but I know I am going to get there! Maybe in a few months even..so darned exciting. Cannot wait.
147.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
