Hi there! It would be a great idea to take some time and read up as much as you can on the Atkins plan. Your menu's thus far are definitely lacking. Once you've totally cleaned up your menu I'm positive you'll have lifetime success on Atkins. Induction is 20 NET carbs per day, not less, with 12-15 of them coming from veggies. The veggies are NON-negotiable. Women must eat 1500-1800 calories per day. Fat percentage needs to be 60-70%.
