Great day yesterday! Stayed in daily WW points, and hit gym 3 days this week :-) Ran/Walked 3.4 miles today.
206.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 14.0 lb a week
