I'm starting to snap back to my normal self. Went for a walk yesterday with my daughter, I think I'll do the same the same today when she finishes her classwork for the day. I taken to having my meals on my porch, catching some fresh air and soaking in some vitamin D.
203.4 lb Lost so far: 65.6 lb.    Still to go: 23.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
