1097 kcal Fat: 55.62g | Prot: 72.28g | Carb: 84.97g.   Breakfast:  Baby Spinach, Fit & Active Liquid Egg Product, Trader Joe's Giardiniera. Lunch: Savoritz Multigrain & Seed Crackers, HEB Cantaloupe Chunks,  Watermelon , Burman's Mayonnaise with Olive Oil, Chicken of the Sea Solid White Albacore Tuna in Water. Dinner:  Cooked Green String Beans (from Canned, Fat Added in Cooking), Albertsons Sliced Roast Beef,  Butter (Salted) , Sour Cream,  Baked Potato (Peel Eaten). Snacks/Other: Southern Grove Whole Natural Almonds. more...
