Finally, I started Curves again yesterday, and although I had to talk myself into going both days, I'm so glad I did. When I have worked out, I eat much better, not wanting to ruin all my hard work. Sometimes, I swear, it's like I need hit in the head with a dumb stick. Weightloss and eating well are too easy to be so hard.
159.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
