This is my husband in his early twenties when he was in the Navy. I would like to give honor to him today, to my dad, and to all the other military personnel that have laid their lives down and fought for us and our country. I would also like to include all the doctors and nurses and medical staff that have been there through this Coronavirus and also have laid their lives down for us. A big thank you to all of them. God bless them and God bless America!
190.8 lb Lost so far: 41.2 lb.    Still to go: 21.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
