Rode Tues, Wed and this morning--14, 15, and 18 miles this morning---feels wonderful to be back out before dawn--my exercise for the past 4 months were spotty at best---I know that I must work out at least one hour of intense cardio 6-7 days per week to even begin to benefit for weight loss
