Okay, this stay at home order is not helping my waistline. But I know it is the mindless nibbling, and not doing my exercises. Too much vegging out on the sofa binging on Netflix. My love-hate more hate relationship with my scale just reminded me that I can't slack off. I have about 40 more pounds to go and I know the last few are extra skin weight. I miss my agua-aerobics but it is what it is for now.
203.4 lb Lost so far: 65.6 lb.    Still to go: 23.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
