Started getting a grip of myself & realised that lockdown is not an excuse for me to bake, snack and miss gym. Although I have now managed to lose 3lbs in 3 weeks, I am still not where I would prefer to be. This weeks aim is more cardio as well as strength programmes to keep me on track.
