Started getting a grip of myself & realised that lockdown is not an excuse for me to bake, snack and miss gym.
Although I have now managed to lose 3lbs in 3 weeks, I am still not where I would prefer to be.
This weeks aim is more cardio as well as strength programmes to keep me on track.
141.7 lb Lost so far: 25.3 lb.    Still to go: 2.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
