Today we made beet sauerkraut. It will ferment on the counter for two weeks. I am making deviled eggs. We always consider the probiotics and prebiotics when making our food.
192.0 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I found a really good Channel on YouTube that has all kinds of ferments. It is called bon appetit. The man Brad is the one that teaches from his school. He is so funny and yet he teaches so well. The next project I'm going to try once I get all the ingredients is griardiniera. If you're interested in fermented foods you might want to check out his channel on YouTube. You just search for bon appetit.
