Over the moon just 12 days of sticking to plan and down 3.8 kgs. I have not felt hungry once and kept it simple eating a cooked breakfast, large salad for lunch & protein and veggies for dinner plus of course 2 bullet coffees.😊
164.9 lb Lost so far: 29.8 lb.    Still to go: 30.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
