So...last night I ate decent stuff, but too much of it. How to keep myself from getting seconds....cheesy jalapeno grits were just...gotta convince my kids to eat more so there's less left for me.
154.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
