Down another pound! I so wanna break 260! Gotta quit reloading the same weight and move forward! I’m gonna tell you a good nights sleep makes all the difference in the pump in my exercise! This mornings 7.5mi ride was a breeze and over too soon! If it wasn’t for work, I would have kept going! Feeling the endorphins of a good work out! Happy Happy Positive Positive!
260.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 95.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm so excited for you! I love a good bike ride, and I'm glad to see someone else feel the same way. Had surgery yesterday and had to take a couple of days off from the bike. Hitting it tomorrow. Love how the body feels during and after a ride. Good work! :0)
