I am feeling pretty good. While I can’t say as I feel this astronomical desire to do flip flops and cart wheels, I can say, that drinking the Kombucha tea has helped curve my hunger. I drink a 16oz bottle in the morning! (50 cal, in case you are wondering) and I don’t get hungry until around 12. So that was a plus. I was getting sleepy all day long and I am not so far, and my knee and back that was bothering me immensely and hindering my want to, is no more. So is there something to be said for probiotics and probiotics, maybe so! Oh and the vanilla activia at 7:30pm as much dessert is yum! I’m gonna hang in there with this and see where it goes and if I notice anymore changes as it has only been 3 days!
