Now we're getting into the long haul. Haven't been good at logging my food, but I'm trying to watch what I eat. My Fitbit challenges are also doing a good job at keeping me motivated.
206.0 lb Lost so far: 6.1 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
