Just not feeling it today! No exercise again! I am tired and drained. Not over eating and still choosing good, staying under my calories. But weight went up to 262.2 (I can’t stand it) Depressing me, doesn’t look like my 11lb goal for Christmas is gonna happen! I hope I am not getting sick! Maybe just PMS. Is it okay to take a break when your tired is there anything I can do to break the cycle of not losing! Help suggestions! Eating lots of fish, love my Tuna creations that and vegetable crackers is lunch almost daily and a chicken salad is dinner most nights, so what’s up. Is my body just tired of the same foods?
261.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 96.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Maybe add a new protein snack? Egg? Nuts? Cottage cheese? Healthy jerky like Epic bars? Add a couple of days with just stretching? Just throwing things out there. I have days when I am so drained. Stretching feels great and you can do some things just standing around. Hope this spell ends. XOXO

Friend, take a deep breath ♥️ take a look at my September and October. I was trying to hit Onederland by 10/14. Guess what did not happen. It is 12/14... 2 months later. I finally broke my plateau 🙌 but I’m still not at Onederland. You know what though? I hit 1 year here12/10. I have learned so much, and patience is a virtue just keep pushing and being accountable and logging and switch things up. I broke my plateau and hit my lowest weight today, but I never would have known before getting on the scale. I have been working hard, but I didn’t appear any smaller in the mirror.

Thank you so much for the love and support. Switching things up, but still feeling hungry! Don’t know what’s up! I’m not quitting but it’s getting hard! Christmas, cooking, everybody shoving cookies in my face! Treats dinner. I am trying my beat to choose my battles and say no. Went and bought myself some sugar free butterscotch so I could have a taste of sweet. So far it’s working! Been eating fish like crazy! If I wasn’t 46 and on the pill, I’d swear I was pregnant! (I know better than that! My hormones are of the chain right now) Yall keep the support coming though cause I am feeling the I’m failing so what difference doe it make attitude and I can’t go there! I won’t!
