Rough week: quit snus, got period, absolutely no sunshine. Still, I hadn't expected that much of a gain. Extremely disappointed in myself.
149.6 lb Lost so far: 20.4 lb.    Still to go: 24.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That weight gain is fluid, so drink plenty of water, boiled warm water will be easier on stomach esp when you have period. Stay focus on proper food intake,Wait 2 days, weigh yoursel again, You'll be well down. Stay Strong
