Thanks JCmama, I know what puts weight on me and what takes weight off. I get more mad at myself than anything because I know what I'm doing and I do it anyway. I just waited too long to eat and got too hungry after my doctor appointment today. I could have eaten an elephant. I get very discouraged and feel like throwing in the towel, and then I saw your post. That encouraged me to keep going, keep trying. I will get it down and get it right. Hope you're doing well. My body does not assimilate carbs. It just stores them as fat. With the prednisone I take I always have glucose in my blood. So with any extra carb if it turns to glucose my sugar spikes. I'm trying to keep away from carbs and glucose floating in my blood because they're going to end up sticking to my body somewhere. Not a happy camper right now.

It does not look like too much carbs but I see what you are saying about your meds. You are eating very little it looked like. Sometimes the body will slow down if it feels it has to
