Well here we go. I lost so much last week and not so much this week. But I do see a difference in my clothes. I am not giving up. I am just getting started. This is only week 2 so bring it on week 3. I know this happens and I stayed on this 100% so I know it will show on the scale next week.
272.7 lb Lost so far: 19.3 lb.    Still to go: 97.7 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
