Another weigh in, I dont do weigh ins v et ty often because muscle weighs more than fat, I am more of a picture person, but curious to see if this apps goal will work.
188.6 lb Lost so far: 18.4 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
