記錄一下最近的體重😓😓😓
從上星期日開始體重又莫名開始往上升，新聞報導可能有颱風形成會往台灣靠近開始，我的體重也開始從48.4⇨48.9⇨48.6⇨48.9⇨49.2⇨49.8⇨50.1😱😱😱
難道我真是超強的吸水泡綿😭😭😭
110.5 lb

Diet followed reasonably well.

起起伏伏很正常，紀錄了一年多，除了爆衝之外，以正常飲食來說，我已經很清楚自己那段時間會水腫⬆️，那段時間會消水⬇️了⋯ 上下1、2、3 公斤都很正常⋯
