Thank you so much WatsonD1! I'm trying the intermittent fasting...until lunch. It sucks, but it really seems to be working!

I have heard good things about intermittent fasting but I would be doing well to make it to lunch time! Just trying to eat sensibly and not snack. Was on a week long conference and managed to stay even. Just like dealing with the weight creep since my low last year.
