did great had eggs and bacon for breakfeast,chicken and spinach and green beans for lunch 3 tabs of butter tea unsweet, supper pork chop spinach lima beans and sugar free choc pie filling only made with splenda.15 glasses of water so far tonite
161.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
