My Sunday day off is now corrected.

Its good to know your body, as predicted the correction would be done by Wednesday.

Now time to start breaking records and reaching goals..... “Nike”
306.4 lb Lost so far: 95.2 lb.    Still to go: 59.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
