surprised this isn't worse, spent a long weekend with family celebrating July 4th and some family birthdays. Today will be my first day working out and tomorrow I will go back to 16:8 fasting. Let's do this!
215.2 lb Lost so far: 33.8 lb.    Still to go: 75.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
