Welllll...this seems to be my regular pattern. I drop a lot one week, then gain a little back the next. Frustrating, but what can I do? I do know I didn't drink water like I should have this past week. I got a lil carried away with the diet soda. How I love it! I drank my water today, though.
As for exercise, I am wondering if a little of this isn't muscle. I greatly increased my exercise. I'll just keep plugging away.
246.3 lb Lost so far: 39.7 lb.    Still to go: 106.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You have to watch out for the diet soda's they're sneeky about adding weight or inhibiting wt. loss. This is me preaching to myself. I'm trying to avoid caffeine and soda's but either one seems to be my indulgence when I'm fighting old bad habits. Either one is still better than the sugary/chocolate habits. Hang in there! I sent a buddy request.

Cut down on your sodium! Eat more veggies and less meat.
