I had a work function I forgot about last night, so I wasn’t able to go to yoga as planned. I did not treat the appetizers as a buffet as I would have normally and I did well on overall calories for the day.
218.9 lb Lost so far: 30.1 lb.    Still to go: 78.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
