Hi guys

I'm back on FS...I have however been back on losing weight since Jan 2019 when I released I was weighing 96kg. I managed to get back to the 80's but now I want the 70's

hope everyone is doing good.

183.0 lb Lost so far: 43.2 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
