提早睡半夜卻一直醒過來😓😓😓
好不容易要睡著卻又口乾爬起來喝水,結果身體水分根本沒排掉多少😱😱😱😑😑😑

吃的比較重口味後的幾天都會上升,鹹會讓身體抓水分,接下來清淡點動一動流汗就能快快改善了噢😁懂快達標又默默飄遠的心情🤣加油
