any good recipes for fat bombs?????? help
237.4 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 38.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I do not know. They are all over the internet. It may be better to get your fat in at your meals and not snack too much. I made something called "cream cheese clouds" this week since we were celebrating birthdays. They are good but I watch sweeteners so I am careful with them.

Liv..... i found something like ur clouds. That's what I'm about to try. Need more fat!!! I'm breaking out... and I know it's this diet. Ughhhh. Well.... I'll let u know how they turn out... did u like them?

I love them. LOL So I make them rarely... I like to eat my fat at meals. You can get fat by adding butter or oil to your meals. It is better than eating a lot of artifical sweeteners that *may* hinder you. Try stuff out and find out what works for you. That is always the best approach.

My kid sometimes makes a thing that we've just been calling chocolate peanut butter cream cheese bites lol. We don't add any sweeteners so it's somewhat low carb friendly but if they are in the freezer I will eat them so we don't make them too often! We use the dark chocolate chips that you can buy anywhere so they aren't sugar free but...powdered peanut butter and cream cheese are very low carb so...it evens out! https://www.fatsecret.com/recipes/rec-a23aff12293f44648638e488845b2049/Default.aspx No real directions...we just mix all the ingredients and then split into 4 parts and freeze! Katies..... well. I'm not sure delicious was the word... I think my head had me at.... your eating a spoonful of lard.... and I couldn't get past it. I ate ight though. Then forgot them in freezer.... soooo good thing I bought more cream cheese
