In hibernation mode, but I still need to do my household chores, paperwork and will make time to do some exercise on the Wii. I am up 2 pounds but I am sure it is my cycle is due to come down. I need amp up my routine to keep the weight going in the downward direction.
246.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 66.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
