I actually did a workout this morning!! First time in over a week, so now if I can just keep this up I'll be on the right track. I'm trying to watch my eating again too. Yesterday I did okay until nighttime then I was just wanting to munch. I want to keep doing better now, so that at Thanksgiving and Christmas I'm not pigging out. My workout this morning was a resistance workout, so lots of push-ups and hand weights. I could tell I haven't done a workout in a while because my push-ups were wimpy and I could only make myself do the 5 lb. weights for the exercises, sad I know. Oh well, at least I did it and I really tried my hardest. I already feel like this week should be almost over, it's been busy already and doesn't look like it's going to slow down. Oh well, busy is good, busy means no time for mindless eating during the day. I guess I'd better get back to it.
