no change.. it's good but not.. ugh.. frustrating
189.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

There are a lot of factors which effect weight, so don’t woot about seeing no change on the scale. Trust the process and over time you will see results. 😀
