Feeling excellent! My labs came back perfect and I have lots of energy. Down 51 inches and 5 sizes since February. Off all optional medication. 💥
25 more lbs to go!

170.2 lb Lost so far: 19.7 lb. Still to go: 19.7 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.
